Two more from Tallgrass:
The first Belgian-style Tripel ever released in a can, Velvet Rooster initially launched in 2011. After a brief hiatus in 2016, it’s back as part of our seasonal lineup! This clean and crisp tripel boasts big, fruity esters and slight peppery spice from Belgian yeast. It’s bubbly like champagne with hints of citrus fruit, earthy-grassy notes and a sweet, candy-like finish.
Style: Belgian-Style Tripel
Wine Enthusiast Magazine: 91 Point Rating & Top 25 Beers of 2016
Raspberry Jam was initially developed at our brewpub, the Tallgrass Tap House. It became an instant hit and we decided it should “go on tour” as part of the Tallgrass lineup. Its crisp, natural tartness is balanced by the addition of raspberries, creating a sour wheat ale that’s light-bodied and refreshing.
Style: Raspberry Berliner Weisse
New Imperial Amber from North Peak!
"This hoppy Imperial Red is well-balanced with malt, hops and alcohol. Nicely battered with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus and tropical fruit notes."
Arbor Brewing Phat Abbot Tripel:
"A golden abbey-style ale made with Trappist yeast and light Belgian candy sugar for a traditional, malty Trappist character. Rich and complex with flavors of toasted bread, tropical fruits, banana and honey. Spicy hops and medium carbonation balance the sweetness for a very drinkable high gravity ale."
Aecht Schlenkerla Fastenbier is back for the season!
"The Original Schlenkerla Lentbeer is an unfiltered smokebeer, brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Bottom-fermenting yeast gives the reddish brown lentbeer a natural cloudiness. Its smokey aroma is already noticeable in the smell, combined with a fine hoppy note. In the drink the fullbodied, highly drinkable lentbeer shows its strong malty flavour, rounded up with the smokey taste and a light bitterness. Due to the nourishing yeast, the Original Schlenkerla Lentbeer has the "Brotzeit already included" (German word for afternoon snack)."

Against The Grain Citra Ass Down is back!
"This is a very hop forward American style IPA. Brewed with Pale, Vienna, Munich and wheat malt for a solid base for all American hops, focusing mainly on the variety “Citra.” Citra hops are a relatively new variety introduced in 2008. It was bred as a hybrid of a number of different hops, including Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, U.S. Tettnanger, East Kent Golding, Bavarian, Brewers Gold, and other unknown hops. The resulting hop, Citra, has a distinct citrusy and tropical fruit flavor and aroma. In Citra ass down we used American Columbus for bittering and 11# of Citra at the end of the boil for late kettle addition flavor and aroma. Then we added 6 more pounds Citra and 5# Centennial post fermention for aroma. Rebrewed for your tasting pleasure!"
ABV 8.2% OG 17.0 IBU 68.0
"You don't always think of big DIPA's when you think of Prairie, but we have taken the perfect blend of malts and hops to create this explosion of citrus and piney flavors and aromas. This beer is so good we had to make it a Prairie staple!"
Libertine Wild IPA has arrived!
"Our award winning Wild IPA is a heavily dry-hopped, wild take on an IPA will expand your perception of the category. Using our unique brewing and open fermentation techniques, but taking the majority of the hopping to the final part of the process, you are left with a very funky, yet hoppy, floral beer that showcases the hops’ aromas instead of their bittering qualities along with our house mixed brett culture. Silver California State Fair."
"New" Scottish Ale from Black Rocks:
The Barbaric Yawp:
"A burly Scotch Ale clocking in at 8.5% ABV and full of malty, smokey flavors. Pairs great with grilled meats and open flames."

Three Irish Ale's from O'hara's are back for the season!
O'Hara's - Irish Stout
The flagship of the O’Hara’s brand, this uniquely Irish stout brings one back to how Irish stouts used to taste. First brewed in 1999, it has since been awarded prestigious honours for its quality and authenticity.
O’Hara’s Irish Stout has a robust roast flavour complemented by a full-bodied and smooth mouth feel. The generous addition of Fuggle hops lends a tart bitterness to the dry espresso-like finish. This sessionable stout beer is filled with rich complex coffee aromas mingled with light liquorice notes. The combination of traditional stout hops with an extra pinch of roast barley allows us to stay true to Irish tradition, recreating a taste so often yearned for by stout drinkers.
O'Haras - Irish Red
This Red stands out in this beer style category. The malt body is as impressive as a bock, albeit in a uniquely Irish way. With an incredibly smooth malt body complimented by caramel tones and perfectly balanced in bitterness, this Irish Red is much more complex than it’s mainstream rivals.
O'Hara's - Leann Follain
True to it’s name, “Leann Folláin” being the Gaelic for “wholesome stout”, our full-bodied extra Irish stout is a fantastic example of how good stout can taste.
Flavours of dark chocolate tones with a hint of vanilla combine with the mild mocha aroma.
Opaque black in appearance with a tan head, this luxurious stout has a classic European hop bitterness giving a refreshing bite after the chocolate subsides.
Griffin Claw You Figure It Out has arrived!
"We had to beg Dan to make this and it turned out awesome! Rich, dark, and velvety smooth, we added hints of coconut and vanilla to our milk stout to remind you of the tropical vacation you forgot to take this year. Guaranteed to cure what ails you!"
New IPA from Latitude 42!
"Our #1 Best Seller! Our India Pale Ale is a true classic for Hop Heads, using only the finest hopes from the Pacific Northwest. We use centennial, citra, simcoe, Columbus, and Chinook hops to balance out the smooth malty finish. 6.8% ABV."
Stone Pataskala Red X IPA has returned!
A Massively Dry-Hopped Deep Crimson IPA
A redder shade of IPA
"Pat-ASK-ala? Pata-SKALA? Pa-TASK-a-la? While those in the know favor the third pronunciation, no matter how you say it, this is a unique red IPA. The beer was first brewed in September 2015 to support music and arts education programs in Pataskala, Ohio, where Stone co-founder Greg Koch grew up. People there loved it, so we added the beer to our seasonal lineup, and the Pataskala name stuck. The crimson hue is courtesy of a special German malt variety by BESTMALZ® called Red X. Appearances, however, only tell so much. Heavily dry-hopped with Mosaic, Cascade and Amarillo hops, the beer is incredibly citrus-forward, rounded out with notes of biscuit and toffee from the malt bill. The result is evocative of red IPAs yet different. And as luck — or perhaps skill is more the appropriate word, to give our brewing team their due — would have it, it’s quite wonderful. We think you’ll find this unusual red IPA to be quite deliciously satisfying, no matter how you choose to pronounce it."
Whitsun from Arcadia has arrived!
"Brewed in the style of a mid-19th century English Festival Ale, this unfiltered wheat beer displays a translucent orange color topped with a creamy, white head. Wheat enhances the mouthfeel of the beer and produces pleasant bread-like notes while Michigan honey provides a caramelized sweetness in the flavor profile. This beer is spiced with orange peel and coriander and small amounts of three hop varieties pleasantly counterbalances the sweetness."
Food Pairings: Grilled whitefish, salads with oranges and nuts, Cantonese cuisine, sushi, cranberry muffins, goat cheese.

Check out this new Imperial Oatmeal Stout from Perrin:
Imperial Oatmeal Sout:
"Born from bringing together the brew masters of Perrin Brewing, Cigar City Brewing and Oskar Blues Brewery, this big bodied, robust Oatmeal Imperial Stout was brewed with a wide spectrum of malts from around the globe, experimental hops, and a special London ale yeast strain. Triangulation is a beer that shows our strengths and unity through the sum of the parts..."
Blow Your Face Out – 10%, 100 IBUS
"Roak’s Blow Your Face Out Double IPA was crafted to maximize the dark character of ops with piney, tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavors. With over 100 IBU’s these hops are ready to explode right out of the bottle. So grab a glass, this beer is going to blow your face out. 10% ABV."
New Kolsch from Boulevard:
Using European pilsner malt and malted wheat as a base, American Kolsch is bittered with Magnum hops and features herbal, citrusy and spicy notes from end of boil additions of Tradition, Saaz and Saphir. Pouring golden in color, the aroma is of bready malt punctuated by a slightly minty hop character. With a light to medium mouthfeel, American Kolsch delivers a honey-like malt sweetness that gives way to a crisp clean finish with a touch of lingering citrus/herbal hop flavor.

O'Hara's - Barrel Aged Leann Follain
"Where the essence of select whiskey barrels combines with O’Hara’s award winning beers.
In 2012, we embarked on a new series of beers, barrel aging our beers in select whiskey barrels that we felt would match and balance well with any one of O’Hara’s beers.
Awards / accolades for our highly acclaimed Barrel Aged Leann Folláin include Trophy winner at the Irish Whiskey Awards 2015 (October), Concours M Biere Pierre Celis Platinum Medal winner at Mondial de la Bière 2014 in France and Gold Medal winner at the Irish Whiskey Awards 2014.
The fifth edition of our O’Hara’s Barrel Aged Series introduces our new cork and cage bottling for bottle conditioned beer, which allows fermentation to occur inside the bottle.
To craft this beer we fill casks which were previously used for Irish Whiskey with our full bodied and rich O’Hara’s Leann Folláin Extra Irish Stout. The stout is aged in oak Irish Whiskey barrels where it picks up the flavours of whiskey and oak cask. After aging we then bottle condition the beer to give a gentle carbonation, bringing out the best of both the stout and the whiskey."

Extrovert IPA from Left Hand is here!
ASSERTIVE TROPICAL HOPS BALANCED BY COMPLEX MALT GIVE THIS IPA A BIG PERSONALITY WITH A DRY FINISH.
A hoppy attitude and a mouthful of dynamic flavors give this IPA a big personality. Assertive, fruit-forward hops with aromas of orange blossom and pineapple mingle with flavors of wet pine and sweet malt with a dry finish.
